How to make an online quiz for a group without an app

You do not need an app installed by every participant. The simplest setup gives each device one job: the shared screen shows the question, while phones send the answer.
The minimum setup
- a host laptop with internet access
- a TV, projector or monitor
- one phone for each team
- questions and a fixed answer time
