How it works
From idea to game in minutes.
Pick the questions
A ready-made pack, a quiz about the guest of honour or your own questions with photos, audio or video.
Put the QR code on the TV
Open the room screen on a TV, projector or laptop. Guests scan the code.
Guests play on their phones
They answer in the browser, while the leaderboard and podium appear on the big screen.
Live quiz
Question on the TV, answer in hand.
A classic four-option quiz. Countdown, reveal and a leaderboard that reshuffles after every question.
- Answer time from 10 to 120 seconds
- Switch off the speed bonus so careful thinkers aren’t punished
- Image, audio or video with any question
- ×1–×3 wager multiplier for bold teams
- Play solo or in teams, with a podium and confetti at the end
Survey board
The most popular answer wins.
Two teams guess the survey results, Family Feud style. The host reveals the board, counts strikes and handles the steal.
- Guests’ phones work as buzzers for the face-off
- Three strikes end a turn, the other team can steal the bank
- ×2 and ×3 multipliers in later rounds
- Starter boards in English, Polish and German
Category board
Pick a category. First buzz gets the floor.
A game-show board of topics and values. Teams pick a tile, and whoever buzzes first on their phone answers.
- Up to 4 teams on one board
- Buzzers on players’ phones, no extra hardware
- Image, audio or video in any tile
- A great finale after a quiz round
Guest-of-honour quiz
Questions about the person you’re celebrating.
Answer a few guided questions about the star of the night, and Crowdshow turns them into multiple-choice questions on the screen. Guests find out who knows them best.
- Templates for birthdays and weddings
- Favourite song, childhood dream, best story
- Write the wrong answers yourself or let AI suggest them (Party Pass and Full Access)

Do guests need to install anything?
No. They scan the QR code on the screen or enter the game code at crowdshow.io/play and play in their phone browser.
What do I need on the day?
A screen with a browser (TV, projector or laptop), a laptop or phone for the host and one phone per player. A phone hotspot is enough.
Can I mix formats in one evening?

Which question types does the quiz support?
Today: four-option multiple choice, with an optional image, audio clip or video. Open-answer and number questions are not available yet.
